I GOT THE MUSIC POSITION ON LONG ISLAND!!!!!

I will be teaching 6th grade band and choir as a long term sub for a fellow in Iraq.

I AM OFFICIALLY A TEACHER!!! WHOOHOO!!!

I really do, and the cool part is that it's on the island, and I don't have to be away from Hardin. At this point teaching in a public school, even as a long term sub, is way better than teaching for a franchise. Boy were they pissed when I let them know! hehe.

Where did she grow up?


In Elmont, near the Belmont racetrack. Her daddy was chaplain there. (I know that sounds funny, but a hell of a lot of people work the back stretch and live there, so....)
