A day in the life of an Ohioan turned New Yorker

I did it today! I finally went into the city all by my lonesome. The train ride took about an hour and a half and before I knew it, I was walking around the Fashion District of the largest city in the USA. Thrift shopping in NY is not the same as it is in Ohio. In Ohio you can find threads for 50 cents. In NY you can't find bargain clothes for under 50 dollars. For Lunch I ate a couple of tacos outside the Waldorf. I then putzed around central manhattan for a good three hours. I can't wait to go back!

I survived!

Sounds exciting! Too bad you couldn't find any great bargains...glad you survived.
